A semi colon where there should have been a comm-er
Your use of adverbs is prolific
Your spelling quite horrific
And exclamation marks are used without a care
Your point of view is often poorly used
And your convoluted plot, leaves me quite confused
Your place descriptions are loquacious
Your concept so audacious
That I frequently get lost, in brief, I can’t say I am enthused
In summary, your manuscript does not entertain
and I’m not even convinced that you are entirely sane
I have never read a text
which left me more perplexed
So, it’s a ‘no’ from me, and please, don’t submit to me again
I have had a few rejection letters in my time, but fortunately nothing like this.
